Return Policy

• EU vs non-EU returns

  EU consumers benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, except for customized or made-to-order artworks.

  For customers outside the European Union, including the United States, returns are accepted only if explicitly approved by the Seller in writing.

• Conditions for return

  • the artwork must be returned in its original condition

  • return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • any customs duties or taxes related to the return are the responsibility of the customer

• Once returned product is received in the original condition, a refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used.

• This process can take several days from the date the product was received.

  Damaged items

  If an artwork arrives damaged, customers must notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage.
