I.Payments options

Debit / Credit Card or PayPal
Each order placed through the cart can be paid securely by debit or credit card, or via PayPal.
All online payments are processed in EUR.

Currency Alternative
Payment in RON or USD is possible via bank transfer or with a payment link. It is available upon request only.

Please use the form below specifying the item you are interested in.
You will then receive an invoice by email, along with all the necessary payment details.

II. Shipping Information

We ship worldwide. All parcels are sent with a tracking number and are dispatched within 3 business days after processing.

Delivery time typically ranges between 1–5 weeks, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item(s) and the destination country. Please note that as we use international postal services, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier or customs processing.

Standard Courier Delivery (Upon Request)
If you wish to receive your parcel sooner, you may request delivery via a standard courier service (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). To do so, please contact us through the contact form or by email at art.manolache@gmail.com, specifying your order and preferred courier. An updated invoice including the courier shipping cost will be sent to you and must be paid prior to dispatch.

Order Processing Time ->Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Damaged Parcels ->We take great care in packaging every order. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and include clear photos of the damage. In such cases, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

III. Return Policy

  • EU vs non-EU returns

    EU consumers benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, except for customized or made-to-order artworks.

    For customers outside the European Union, including the United States, returns are accepted only if explicitly approved by the Seller in writing.

  • Conditions for return

    • the artwork must be returned in its original condition

    • return shipping costs are borne by the customer

    • any customs duties or taxes related to the return are the responsibility of the customer

  • Once returned product is received in the original condition, a refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used.

  • This process can take several days from the date the product was received.
